I spent a decade building products at Microsoft and Dropbox. That taught me the skill that actually matters here, and it is not writing code. It is seeing where work breaks and deciding what is worth building. Most AI projects fail not because the technology fell short but because someone automated the wrong thing.
So the promise is: build the right thing first. I start by understanding how your business actually runs, not how the org chart says it runs. Then I build the smallest thing that moves a real number.

In 2019 I built a small app for public speaking clubs and called it Orathon. It helped members sign up for meeting roles and track their progress. It was a side project, it had a nice run, and it has been retired.
I kept the domain. When I started the studio, the name came with it.
So if you searched for Orathon and found something about public speaking, Toastmasters, or club mentorship, that was the old app. It is not what this company does. Orathon today is an AI and product studio for businesses, and that is the only thing it does.
