Helping GEM move earthquake relief faster.

When the Venezuela earthquakes hit, GEM in Miami was flooded with donations - 200+ cars in line, thousands of volunteers. The hard part was never generosity, it was coordinating it fast enough. I partnered with GEM to ship the software in hours: collection centers could register, donors were sorted by proximity, capacity was tracked, and volunteers coordinated over WhatsApp. 116 verified sites went live in about a week and a half.
